Staffing Planner Wanted!

Are you working part-time, studying, or otherwise able to manage your time? Then this is something for you! As a staffing planner, you will have a user, economic, and personnel focus, aiming to optimize personnel resources in the best way.

The staffing unit has twelve employees and is part of the HR office of Vetlanda Municipality. We are a customer-focused, engaged, and cheerful team located in nice premises in Vetlanda. We are responsible for short-term staffing in the care and social services department, primary school, preschool, meal service, and our municipal cleaning.

We are looking for someone who is accustomed to using a computer as a work tool and has administrative experience, preferably within staffing. As a person, you are structured and good at communicating both verbally and in writing.

Examples of job tasks:

• book substitutes for short-term vacancies and prioritize the right substitute, to the right place, at the right time
• reprioritize resources in case of urgent needs
• answer questions related to staffing or refer to the right specialist competence
• receive calls and administer in the absence central

Qualifications

• You have a high school education, and preferably education at a post-secondary level.
• You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
